As all our products are exported to the European, American, and Japanese markets, international customers have more advanced and stringent requirements for carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments have jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Green Development of Manufacturing Industry", which clarifies the goals and directions of green transformation in the manufacturing industry.

Since the start of the provincial-level green factory declaration work at the end of 2023, the consulting agency initially provided a list of 168 materials for the past three years, with several pages full of project information that needed to be provided. At that time, besides feeling a bit headache, I even had some doubts about whether we could provide them completely? Until later in-depth communication, after refinement and decomposition to various departments, especially the Factory Affairs Department, which provided over 110 supporting materials, with everyone working together, we successfully collected all the materials according to the established timeline and submitted the application materials in April of this year. In August, we were publicly announced and awarded the honorary title of Jiangxi Province Green Factory.

Along the way, I have deeply felt that in this wave of green trends, the reason why our company can stand out is closely related to the company's active response to national policy calls, the leadership's high emphasis on carbon neutrality, and truly integrating the concept of green development into all aspects of production and life. Firstly, there is an improvement in the management team's ideological awareness. For example, during 2023, Mr. Lin, the chairman, led the company's management team to study a book called "Global Carbon Yearbook". Through a whole quarter of learning, our management team gained a deep and comprehensive understanding of carbon neutrality knowledge and learned effective practices to help achieve carbon neutrality, energy conservation, and emission reduction. This has cultivated a management team that truly understands carbon neutrality knowledge, laying a solid foundation for factory management at the source; The second is through a series of effective management measures, such as: from raw material procurement to production and processing, there are layers of inspection by VQA and other testing departments, and then to product sales and waste disposal, all strictly following the standards of green manufacturing, truly achieving the harmless treatment of raw materials, clean production purification, and waste resource utilization; By adopting advanced production processes and automation equipment, land intensification has been achieved; By using rooftop photovoltaic power generation in the factory area to supply green electricity for production, and replacing fuel vehicles as trucks and official vehicles with pure electric vehicles, we have achieved low-carbon energy. This series of effective measures shows that we are actually at the forefront of the industry in energy conservation, emission reduction, and carbon neutrality.

In addition, the company established a sound environmental management system as early as 2019, passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification, formulated clear environmental policies, goals, and indicators, continuously monitored and improved the environmental performance of the factory, and established a dedicated environmental management position responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising environmental management work to ensure the effective implementation of various environmental management measures; In 2022, the company passed the energy management system certification, established a sound energy management system and energy measurement system, managed energy consumption throughout the entire process, successfully passed ISO14064 greenhouse gas verification, and obtained ISO14067 product carbon footprint certification. The factory department continuously carried out energy-saving diagnosis, formulated energy-saving plans and goals, and took effective energy-saving measures to greatly improve energy utilization efficiency. In addition, the company has been actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibility, paying attention to employee rights, environmental protection, social welfare development, and other aspects, establishing a good corporate image, thus laying a solid foundation for our application for a green factory.

I believe that obtaining the title of Green Factory is also inevitable. The first thing I want to say is that we have a clean and beautiful, garden style factory environment with a reasonable layout. The production area, office area, living area, etc. are divided, which not only ensures the efficiency of production, but also provides a comfortable working and living environment for employees. The roads in the factory are spacious and flat, with green trees and lush flowers and plants; The company attaches great importance to green construction, investing a large amount of funds in landscape design and vegetation planting, which has achieved a high level of greening in the factory area. At the same time, the company has also carefully designed the appearance of buildings, adopting a stable and dignified architectural style with coordinated color matching, giving people a beautiful and generous feeling; In terms of maintaining the appearance of the factory, the company has established a strict management system, regularly cleaning and organizing. Employees have developed good hygiene habits and consciously maintain the cleanliness of the workplace. The company has also set up garbage classification facilities to classify and treat garbage, reducing environmental pollution.
