The entire relocation process, from personnel planning to raw material and finished product preparation, as well as equipment, has been detailed in advance. Due to the company's business needs, we need to quickly complete the relocation and resume production. Therefore, in order not to affect the customer's production, the group leaders have set the relocation time of the Super Intelligent Factory during the holiday period on October 1st. After determining the time, we entered the preparation state more than a month in advance. Due to the special nature of production, a certain amount of technical accumulation is required, so personnel will be the most important part of this relocation. To ensure smooth resumption of production after the relocation is completed, personnel reserves and accompanying relocation have become the key tasks in the early stage.
